Important Information

  • Method 1:-How to Apply (Residence / Caste / Income / NCL (State) / NCL (Central) / EWS) Go to Webpage choose online avedan>Lok seva>samanay prasasan visbhag than choose residence,income,cast,ews,etc at anchal leval,sdo leval,distric lavel and fill and submit form.
  • Method 2:- Create Account go to Registration fill details and login than choose (Residence / Caste / Income / NCL (State) / NCL (Central) / EWS) section fill details and submit form.
  • Applicants not go to Public Service Centre (RTPS Counter) / Office. They can available e-Services online Portal.
  • Certificate / licence will be sent to applicant through (i) Download link in SMS, (ii) Attachment in Email, (iii) DigiLocker, (iv) SevicePlus Inbox, (v) Download Certificate link on Portal, (vi) Kiosk / CSC / Public Service Centre (RTPS Counter) etc by the Servise Plus Website After Verification .
  • Verification of certificate (Residence / Caste / Income / NCL (State) / NCL (Central) / EWS) done through portal is subject to final verification of the same by issuing authority.
  • For auto conversion of Name (English) to Hindi in Application Form, press [Space] button after typing every words of Name in English. For example, type “Ashok [Space] Kumar [Space] Mehta [Space]” for its auto conversion to "".
  • While doing Approval / Certificate Delivery, CO / EA should use filter on Verification . This will ensure issue of certificates for the applications verified by Karmchari.

How to Fill Bihar (Residence / Caste / Income / NCL (State) / NCL (Central) / EWS)

  • you can apply for online e-Services after login with your User-Id and Password or Mobile No. and OTP. For this, you should "Register Yourself". If you have already registered yourself, then it is not required again. For this, a working Email-Id and / or Mobile No. will be required. The facility of ServicePlus Inbox will be available after “Register Yourself”.
  • You can also apply through Executive Assistant at respective Public Service Centre at Panchayat, Block cum Circle, Sub-division, Division, District, Department etc level.
  • An Application Form will appear, fill it carefully, attach a scanned copy of passport-size photo (< 300 KB) or use webcam to capture photo and then [Submit]. You can also save [Draft] for modification later on, if any, and finally [Submit].
  • (a). If Aadhaar number provided in the Form, Aadhaar authentication will be done via OTP sent on the Aadhaar registered Mobile number.
  • (b). If Aadhar number not provided, you need to upload any one of the 12 identity proofs recognized by Election Commission of India.
  • View the filled information carefully. [Edit] any incorrect information and then [Submit]. Click on [Attach Annexure] to upload required document(s) and then [Submit].
  • After successful submission of application, you should download / print Acknowledgment and keep it safe for future use. Wait for the issuance of Certificate and do not apply again.
  • After issuance of Certificate / Sanction Letter, it will be sent to you through (i) Download link through SMS on Mobile Number, (ii) Email Id, (iii) DigiLocker, and (iv) SevicePlus Inbox. You can get your Certificate / Sanction Letter through from any of these methods..
  • The status of the service will be sent to you through SMS and Email from time to time. For this you should provide valid Mobile No. and Email-Id while filling the Application Form.
